The role

Permanent Position as Operational Quality Assurance Technician

What you'll do

As part of the team, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Production during softgel capsule manufacturing operations.
Review and approval of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
Supervision of GMP compliance in production areas, including encapsulation, drying, inspection, and packaging.
Management and follow-up of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
Define and coordinate appropriate corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with Production and other departments.
Support investigations and root cause analyses related to manufacturing incidents.
Review and approval of SOPs, protocols, reports, and quality documentation.
Participate in risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
