Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience in Digital Workplace, Modern Workplace, Endpoint Management, or advanced workstation support.
Solid experience in Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Co-Management environments with Microsoft Intune.
Experience in enrollment, administration, management, and support of Apple devices (ABM, macOS, iPhone, and iPad).
Experience providing on-site support to Senior Management and the Executive Committee.
Ability to work autonomously in demanding and high-responsibility environments.
Excellent communication skills, service orientation, and maximum professionalism.

Nice to have

Experience with DEX tools such as Nexthink, Flexxible, or similar.
Automation through PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, or Power Platform.
Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and AI solutions applied to the workplace.
Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and video collaboration technologies.
Knowledge of ITSM tools.
Experience in large organizations or complex corporate environments.

We are looking for a Digital Workplace & Executive Support Specialist to be part of the evolution of our digital ecosystem, combining deep technical knowledge of the Microsoft and Apple environments with the ability to offer an excellent technological experience to our most strategic groups.

What you'll do

Lead the evolution of the Digital Workplace environment, incorporating automation, security, and modern device management capabilities.
Administer and optimize Microsoft and Apple environments, guaranteeing a consistent and high-quality experience.
Identify and drive initiatives related to Artificial Intelligence, Digital Employee Experience (DEX), mobility, and digital productivity.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, and Operations teams on technological transformation projects.
Resolve complex incidents and act as a technical reference in the digital workplace field.
Provide specialized support to Senior Management and VIP groups, ensuring close, agile, and highly effective service.
Guarantee the correct technological functioning of the company's Boards, Committees, and strategic meetings.
