Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Windows environment administration.
At least 1 year of demonstrable experience in the development and management of flows with Power Automate.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem tools and technologies related to Workplace.
Ability to identify automation opportunities and propose solutions.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

Experience in scripting (PowerShell) will be positively valued.
Technical English level (B2 or higher) will be a plus.

We are looking for a Workplace Windows & Power Automate Technician to expand one of our teams in Madrid.

What you'll do

Administration and support of Windows environments.
Development, implementation, and maintenance of workflows using Power Automate.
Automation of business processes to improve operational efficiency.
Resolution of incidents and problems related to the Workplace environment and automation tools.
Collaboration with other teams for the integration of solutions and the optimization of systems.
Technical documentation of configurations, processes, and implemented solutions.
Participation in continuous improvement projects and the adoption of new technologies.
Management of licenses and resources within the Workplace environment.
Ensuring security and compliance with corporate policies within the Workplace scope.
Providing second-level technical support to end users.
