What we're looking for

More than 8 years of experience in digital transformation, Modern Workplace, or end-user infrastructure.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID, and Security & Compliance.
Experience leading migration, transformation, or deployment projects for Digital Workplace solutions.
Experience working with clients in solution definition and complex project management.
Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Advanced professional English.

The role

We are looking for a Digital Workplace Transformation Manager to join our Digital Workplace practice within Intelligent Infrastructure Services. The position will combine delivery leadership, advisory, and transformation to help our clients modernize their digital workplace environments and maximize the value of their investments in collaboration and productivity technologies.

The selected person will lead Modern Workplace transformation initiatives, with a special focus on Microsoft 365, End User Computing, Digital Employee Experience, and Workplace Services, collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams in the definition and implementation of innovative and scalable solutions.

What you'll do

Lead Digital Workplace transformation projects and programs, ensuring compliance with business objectives, quality, budget, and deadlines.
Design and implement solutions based on Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, and Digital Employee Experience.
Act as a technical and functional reference in migration, modernization, and technology adoption initiatives.
Collaborate in pre-sales activities, solution definition, workshops, and the preparation of proposals for clients.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure architectures and services aligned with market best practices.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Promote the adoption of new workplace capabilities, automation, and digital productivity tools.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and service optimization in clients' digital work environments.

Requirements

Knowledge of at least one of the following areas: Google Workspace, endpoint management, workstation virtualization, workplace observability, identity, and access management.
