What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience managing Paid Media campaigns.
Demonstrable experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Knowledge of digital acquisition strategies, remarketing, search campaigns, display, and paid social.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and digital performance metrics.
Analytical capacity to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Experience in advertising budget management.
Advanced level of Excel.
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.

Nice to have

Experience in lead acquisition campaigns oriented toward conversion.
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRMs.
Experience in the education sector.
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and conversion measurement.
Proficiency in Looker Studio, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta.

The role

At Universidad Nebrija, we are looking to hire a Digital Media Manager to join our Marketing team (at the Campus of Life and Nature in La Berzosa).

What you'll do

Plan, implement, and optimize acquisition campaigns across digital and offline media.
Manage Paid Media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Analyze campaign performance and propose improvement actions oriented toward results.
Coordinate with internal teams and external providers for the development of creatives, landings, and measurement systems.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses.
Monitor lead quality and their evolution through the conversion funnel.
Manage and control assigned budgets to ensure efficient investment.
