What you'll get

- Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extending for 6 more months.
- Full-time Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:30 and Friday from 9:00 to 15:00.
- Financial aid of €700 gross/month + €112 restaurant voucher.

As part of Minor Hotels, the Minor Hotels Europe & Americas region is responsible for more than 350 properties across 30 countries and plans to grow across all segments, focusing on its luxury and upper-upscale brands.

What you'll do

Support in payroll calculation
Collaborate in calculating salaries, benefits, bonuses, deductions, and severance pay under supervision.
Review of payroll slips
Verify that payroll slips are correct before they are delivered to employees.
Filing and document control
Employee registrations and terminations in internal systems
Support in registering new employees or processing employee terminations in administrative or HR systems.
Support with procedures before the IMSS or government institutions
Assist in basic processes such as generating affiliation movements or reports.
Preparation of basic reports
Generate reports on incidents, payments, overtime, etc., as requested by the department.
Resolve basic employee questions about payments, pay slips, or incidents.
