About the role

At Noatum Terminal Tarragona we are looking to recruit a First-class Maintenance Officer - Electricity to join the Maintenance team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on electrical installations and port machinery, helping to ensure maximum equipment availability and the proper functioning of terminal operations.

What you'll do

  • Carry out electrical maintenance on port equipment (cranes, conveyor belts, hoppers, loaders and ship unloaders).
  • Diagnose and repair electrical panels, power supply systems and industrial motors.
  • Interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
  • Carry out maintenance on automation and control systems.
  • Work on low and medium voltage installations.
  • Comply with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations and port safety procedures.
  • Record all interventions carried out in the maintenance management system (CMMS).

What we're looking for

  • Higher-level vocational training (HNC/HND or equivalent) in Electricity, Electromechanics or related specialities.
  • Experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in port, logistics or industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of low and medium voltage electrical installations.
  • Experience with three-phase electric motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), electrical panels and industrial automation.
  • Basic knowledge of PLC diagnostics and industrial instrumentation.

  • Analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot faults, with autonomy.
  • Teamwork and coordination with different departments.
