Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
More than 10 years of proven experience in business development within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or 3PL/4PL environments.
Solid track record in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Extensive knowledge of warehousing operations, transport networks, customs processes, and integrated supply chain solutions.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong financial acumen regarding costs, pricing, and profit and loss logic.
Ability to manage multiple commercial initiatives simultaneously, with a proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset.
Advanced level of English.

We are currently looking to add to our ISC team a Supply Chain Solutions BDM, based at our offices in Coslada (Madrid). This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in joining a company in the midst of a transformation process, in a sector as dynamic and international as logistics.

What you'll do

Drive the acquisition of new strategic accounts and high-value opportunities.
Define and execute the commercial strategy, ensuring a solid and prioritized pipeline.
Lead the full complex sales cycle through to closing.
Develop and implement strategies for penetrating markets and key accounts.
Achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
Analyze the market, competition, and trends to identify growth opportunities.
Co-create differentiated value propositions with internal teams.
Provide strategic insights to management and contribute to decision-making.
Ensure the viability of proposals and the effective transition of new accounts.
