📂 Document Archivist | As Pontes

Do you consider yourself an organized, meticulous person with the ability to maintain concentration on tasks that require precision? Our company is looking to hire a Document Archivist for a temporary project with a high volume of documentation in As Pontes.

If you enjoy dynamic work, where every day is different and where your role is key to the correct management of documentation, this could be your opportunity.

What you'll do

Classification, review, and purging of documentation.

Preparation and organization of files.

Removal of fastening elements (staples, clips, and other materials).

Handling of boxes and transfer of documentation within the facilities.

Control and order of the archive to guarantee efficient document management.

How you'll work

Monday to Thursday: from 09:00 to 18:00 h.

Friday: 08:00 to 15:00.

✅ Good working environment and initial training for the performance of duties.

About the position

This is an active and dynamic position, with constant movement during the working day due to the significant volume of documentation to be managed. It is not physically demanding work nor does it require the use of forklifts, but it does involve moving frequently around the facilities and maintaining an organized and steady pace of work.
