Experience in similar positions.

What you'll get

Contract with Nortempo Group (temporary employment agency) for 3 months, followed by permanent employment

Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 to 18:00, with one hour for lunch.

Salary 10.11 euros/gross/hour

The role

We are looking for an administrative assistant in San Martin de la Vega, Madrid

What will your mission be?
As an administrative assistant, you will have general administrative management tasks and customer service and management tasks for a graphic industries company in Madrid

What you'll do

· General administrative management (orders, invoicing, documentation).

· Customer service and management: order tracking, incidents, and internal coordination.

· Support to the sales team.

· Coordination with internal departments (production, logistics, finance).
