From Grupo Nortempo, we are looking for a Support Chef to join a restaurant.
What you'll do
You will be part of the kitchen team supporting the head chef in the preparation of menus for events, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution. You will integrate into an operation that works mainly from Wednesday to Saturday, and that concentrates the banquets on Fridays or Saturdays, with services mostly for lunch.

Direct support to the head chef in menu preparation and plating.

Te integrarás en una operativa que trabaja principalmente de miércoles a sábado, y que concentra los banquetes los viernes o sábados, con servicios mayoritariamente de comida.
Mise en place y producción de elaboraciones para banquetes (volumen y tiempos).
Apoyo directo al cocinero principal en la preparación del menú y en el pase/emplatado.
Coordinación con ayudantes de cocina y sala para un servicio fluido y a tiempo.
Control de orden y limpieza en la partida, asegurando estándares de calidad.
Cumplimiento estricto de las normas de seguridad alimentaria y PRL (APPCC).
Colaboración en los preparativos.
