The role

At Nortempo Selección, we are looking for a Junior Mechatronics Technician to join an industrial company in the new energies sector located in Algete (Madrid). If you have training in mechatronics, are interested in the assembly of industrial equipment, and are looking to develop yourself in an innovative environment, this is your opportunity!

What you'll do

Mechanical, hydraulic, and electromechanical assembly of industrial equipment.
Participation in manufacturing processes for dispensers and measuring systems.
Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documentation.
Collaboration with the production team to optimize processes.
Basic maintenance and adjustment of manufactured equipment.
Proposing improvements and initiatives in the production process.

📍Location: Algete.

Requirements

Intermediate or higher vocational training in Mechatronics.
Interest in the industrial sector and renewable energy.
Ability to organize and plan work.
Ability to work as part of a team and good rapport with colleagues.
Proactive attitude, with initiative and a willingness to learn.
Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly environments is valued.
