• HR transformation: Working through the articulation of strategies, operational excellence, and the HR digital ecosystem (Workday, Oracle HCM, HRSD ServiceNow,...) to improve the employee experience.
• Workforce shaping: Analyzing what the worker of the future will look like, reviewing challenges such as sourcing, workforce optimization, talent management, etc.
• Workforce insights & analytics: Driving employee performance through data and intelligent HR reporting.
• Learning transformation: Developing holistic learning strategies and upskilling/reskilling programs that foster a positive learning culture.
• Employee experience: Helping our clients foster a great employee experience in the workplace.
• Digital workplace: Focusing on new ways of working, virtual collaboration, and remote work supported by technology.
• Helping our clients enable a sustainable, prosperous, and permanent virtual work environment.
• Culture & change management: Working on the development and maintenance of change initiatives, providing support throughout the entire change process, ensuring the effective and sustainable realization of business value.

• Be in the final years of a degree in Business Administration, Law, Psychology, Human Resources and Labor Relations, Engineering, or similar fields.
• English required: C1 level or higher.
• Interest in developing a career in HR consulting.
• Possibility of signing an internship agreement with your University/study center for a full-time position for approximately six months.
• Analytical and strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, diligence, autonomy, and proactivity.
• And above all, drive, enthusiasm, and a passion for creating impact and improving the world through your work.

• A Master's degree in Human Resources is a plus.
• Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is valued. Knowledge of people management tools is desirable.

• Workforce insights & analytics: Impulsar el rendimiento de los empleados a través de información e informes inteligentes de recursos humanos.
• Learning transformation: Desarrollar estrategias de aprendizaje holísticas y programas de recapacitación / mejora que fomenten una cultura de aprendizaje positiva.
• Employee experience: Ayudar a nuestros clientes a fomentar una gran experiencia del empleado en su lugar de trabajo.
• Digital workplace: Poner el foco en nuevas formas de trabajo, colaboración virtual y trabajo remoto apoyado por tecnología.
• Ayudamos a nuestros clientes a posibilitar un trabajo virtual permanente, sostenible y próspero.
• Culture & change management: Trabajar en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de iniciativas de cambio, proporcionando apoyo durante todo el proceso de cambio, asegurando la realización efectiva y sostenible del valor empresarial.

• Estar cursando últimos años de ADE, Derecho, Psicología, Recursos Humanos y Relaciones Laborales, Ingenierías o similares.
• Inglés requerido: Nivel C1 o superior.
• Interés por desarrollar una carrera en consultoría de RRHH.
• Posibilidad de realizar convenio de prácticas con tu Universidad/centro de estudios a jornada completa durante aproximadamente seis meses.
• Pensamiento analítico y estratégico, capacidad de resolución de problemas y diligencia, autonomía y proactividad.
• Y sobre todo, ganas, ilusión y pasión por crear impacto y mejorar el mundo con tu trabajo.

• Valorable Máster de Recursos Humanos.
• Valorable conocimientos en Excel y PowerPoint. Deseable conocimiento en herramientas de gestión de personas.
