Research & Development
Poultry Experimental Centre / R&D
Full-time: Onsite working

What you'll do

As a Research Technician (RT), you will play a key role within the Research team, supporting the execution of experimental studies and contributing to the development of tools, methodologies, products, and concepts in the field of animal nutrition.

  • Coordinate and execute study protocols with precision at our experimental farm facilities, as well as at designated locations for field trials.

  • Ensure the quality of all methods, the data collected and generated, and the experimental feeds used in each trial.

  • Perform production and laboratory activities under the supervision of the researcher, for both internal and external R&D studies.

  • Collaborate with the regulatory specialist to support exemption requests for additives not registered in the EU.

  • Develop and implement new techniques and methodologies in both farm and laboratory settings.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the quality, efficiency, and consistency of animal studies.

  • Represent the R&D Research group when receiving internal and external visits.

  • Ensure clear and proactive communication between the farm, feed mill, laboratory, and research teams in all aspects related to study quality.

How you'll work

We are looking for a person who enjoys combining office work and field work on a poultry farm, with an interest in developing their activity in a rural environment. The position is based at our research center in El Viso de San Juan (Toledo), located between Madrid and Toledo.
