The role

The Onet Group is a multinational group of French origin with a long history dedicated to providing services to all types of companies and institutions. Our main objective is to allow our clients to focus on their core activity, freeing them from the management of an auxiliary service.

At ONET Iberia we operate nationally and offer innovative solutions in the business services sector such as: cleaning, maintenance, waste management, and the provision of auxiliary services.

We are looking for an intern to join us at our offices in Valladolid.

What you'll do

The main functions are:

Management of CAE Platforms with clients.
Requesting appointments for medical examinations.
Management of access for employees and subcontractors at work sites.
Collection of general documentation for the platforms (TC1, TC2, ITA, various certificates).
Document management.
Liaising with operations, HR, and OHS personnel.

Requirements

Studies: Vocational Training in Administration

Key competencies

Organization and planning (meeting deadlines is important).
Good communication.
Problem-solving.
