The role

Do you have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Site Foreman in building construction?

At Randstad Professional, we are looking for a SITE FOREMAN - HIGH-RISE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING, to work on a project in central Madrid, who has previous experience in this sector and has the desire to grow and build a career within a large company with projects in Madrid.

What you'll do

The functions of the Site Foreman will be:

Serving as a link between the site management and the workers
Control and storage of materials on site
Management of subcontracted personnel, task assignment, work planning, and monitoring construction progress
Site setting out
Providing site support to the Site Manager as needed

Requirements

Previous experience as a SITE FOREMAN - Residential Building Construction
Between 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position to the one offered
Availability for immediate start (notice periods will be respected)
