The role

Do you have experience managing consumer electronics manufacturers and do you understand the commercial dynamics of categories such as Television and Audio? Do you feel comfortable negotiating commercial plans, promotions, and purchasing conditions, and managing a business with a strong impact from pricing, stock, and product lifecycle?

Join the PcComponentes Vendor team and help us continue developing two of the most relevant families within Home Entertainment: Television and Audio.

As Vendor Manager Home Entertainment, you will be responsible for the development and growth of the Television and Audio families within PcComponentes.

Your mission will be to build and develop commercial relationships with the main manufacturers in the sector, transforming those alliances into profitable growth opportunities for both parties.

You will manage the commercial strategy of your vendor portfolio and will have direct responsibility for sales, margin, stock, assortment, pricing, and promotional plans, working with both national and international manufacturers.

You will also be the internal point of reference for your categories, understanding the market, the competition, product trends, and the commercial opportunities that allow us to continue gaining relevance in Home Entertainment.

What you'll do

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of Television and Audio manufacturers, working with the main brands in the market and detecting new growth opportunities.

  • Manage the P&L of the assigned categories, making decisions oriented toward maximizing revenue and margin while maintaining a healthy inventory structure.

  • Analyze the market continuously to identify the products customers demand at any given time and offer them under the best conditions (availability, price, content, and service).

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with our suppliers, negotiating win-win strategies that improve conditions and foster long-term collaboration.

  • Continuously monitor web trends and behaviors to identify improvement opportunities (product mix, conversion, pricing, visibility, and shopping experience).

  • Generate, together with Marketing, strategies to boost sales and strengthen PcComponentes' market presence (commercial calendar, activations, bundles, and efficient use of funds).

  • Negotiate annual agreements with manufacturers (MDF, rebates, price protection, RTV/Buyback, exclusivities), ensuring the best balance between competitiveness, margin, and risk.

  • Plan demand and stock coverage (S&OP, open-to-buy, forecast), minimizing stockouts, overstock, and obsolescence, especially during campaign periods.

  • Define and track business KPIs for your portfolio (sales, margin, turnover, availability, ROI on promotions/funds) to make quick, data-driven decisions.

Who are we looking for?

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or equivalent experience managing business/suppliers in e-commerce.

  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Vendor Management, Category Management, Key Account Management, purchasing, business development, retail, ecommerce, or consumer electronics distribution.

  • Experience working with manufacturers or distributors in the Consumer Electronics sector. Previous experience in Television, Audio, or categories related to Home Entertainment will be especially valued.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the technology sector, as well as market dynamics, emerging trends, and highly price-competitive environments.

  • Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to interpret data and measure the impact of implemented strategies (sales, margin, stock, and ROI).

  • Negotiation Skills: Advanced mastery of negotiation techniques to optimize results and build long-term relationships with suppliers/manufacturers.

  • Excel Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and management (models, pivot tables, etc.).

  • Languages: Advanced (C1) level of English.

  • Leadership and cross-functional influencing skills (product, marketing, logistics, finance, legal, etc.)

  • Strategic thinking and planning skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Proactivity and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments.

  • Results orientation and strong time management skills.

  • Ownership mindset (full P&L management) and focus on continuous improvement.
