The role
At Iberchem Spain, we are looking for an Arabic speaker to join our Customer Service Department as a Customer Service and Import-Export Specialist.
As part of the Customer Service team, your main objective will be to prepare, maintain, communicate and coordinate various commercial administration tasks to support the sales team.
What you'll do
Your main duties will be:
- Tracking orders and communicating incidents to meet the deadlines agreed with customers.
- Resolving complaints and requests related to customer orders and their delivery.
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including assistance during sales visits to customers.
- Receiving visit reports and managing actions agreed with the customer.
- Creating and monitoring project sheets and briefing sheets.
- Receiving and managing customer orders until they are sent for manufacturing.
- Preparing and maintaining customer files, including documentation relating to legal compliance.
How you'll work
- Permanent full-time employment contract (on site).
- 5-days working week, Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm with a one-hour lunch break, and Friday from 8am to 2.30pm with a 15-minute break.
- Flexible working hours of one hour for daily arrival and departure times.
