Customer Service Specialist (H/M/X) We are looking for a Customer Facing Dedicated Specialist to manage a portfolio of strategic clients, acting as the main contact for inquiries, incidents, and requests. The selected person will guarantee an excellent customer experience through proactive management, coordinating case resolution with various internal teams. FUNCTIONS Manage communications with strategic clients. Handle inquiries, complaints, and incidents via multiple channels. Proactive follow-up of customer requests. Record, manage, and follow up on cases until resolution by coordinating with internal departments. Report on delays, returns, or refunds when necessary. Detect opportunities for improvement in processes and customer experience. Maintain fluid communication with sales, logistics, distribution, and order-to-cash areas. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 4 years of previous experience in customer service, customer service, or key account management, managing incidents. Customer orientation, problem-solving, and conflict management. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with different departments. Proficiency in CRM tools and ticketing systems (valuable). CONDITIONS Initial 6-month contract, renewable. International project in a top-tier multinational.
