What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of experience required in an equivalent position.
Bachelor's degree or university degree.
Advanced English; French will be valued.
Strong digital skills and proficiency in Office (Excel and Word), SAP.

The role

A recognized company in the pharmaceutical sector is looking for a Customer Service profile, under a 5-month temporary contract.

What you'll do

Management and supervision.
Onboarding of new clients in the ERP, reviewing the feasibility of delivery conditions and KPIs included in the commercial agreement.
Sales order cycle for clients and delegates in coordination with the Commercial area.
KAM clients (database, registrations, information, incidents, etc.).
Integration and order dispatch process to the logistics operator using computer systems and software (EDI / ERP).
Rates by channel and bonuses for each client (maintenance and communication).
Credits for commercial discounts or client expiration, returns, and incidents.
Reporting on the traceability of orders and goods deliveries.
Coordination between carriers and logistics operators.
Preparation of reports on key indicators related to warehousing, handling, transportation, and National Logistics service levels.
Entries and distribution of the PLV product sales network.
Improvement of internal processes and coordination with the other departments.
