The role

We are looking for a profile with an interest in Recruitment, dynamic, who can work with autonomy and initiative, with the aim of helping the team in the daily functioning of the department. JOB DESCRIPTION Support in the management of intern onboarding in Primark Spain stores and offices Participate in the planning and attendance of job fairs Collaborate in selection processes Support in new opening processes and in the management of opening team transfers Provide support for the administrative management specific to the department Support and participation in Primark's brand image strategy (Employer Branding)

Requirements

Educational requirements: Currently studying a Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations and Human Resources (with an expected completion date approximately when the internship period ends), or currently studying an official Master's in Human Resources High level of English, C1 High level of office automation skills Requirements we value: Good communication and influence Organization Teamwork Proactivity Knowledge of Canva *Experience in Human Resources is desirable
