The role

We are currently looking to bring on an Administrative/Back Office Auditor for one of our clients in Zaragoza
What you'll do
- Perform call and data audits
- Manage and process data in Excel
- Review information and detect errors
- Propose process improvements
How you'll work
- Contract: through Grupo Constant
- Schedule: Full-time (39 hours per week)
- Hours: Mon–Thu 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Fri 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Hybrid modality
- Salary according to the interprofessional minimum wage (SMI).
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas: sum, count, concatenate)
- Proactive and analytical profile
- Experience in data management or back office
- Good internet connection and dual monitor setup
- Organizational skills
- Previous experience in call audits
