We are not just looking for someone to manage marketing administrative tasks, we are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented person, capable of working with structure, defined processes, and operational stability.

Currently, we are looking to incorporate a Marketing Assistant for one of our clients in Granollers.

What you'll do

Manage orders and customer follow-up in SAP and CRM.
Create and manage leads and contacts in CRM.
Prepare newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
Publish content on the web, LinkedIn, and corporate channels.
Coordinate events, webinars, and business meetings.
Track marketing KPIs and digital campaigns.

How you'll work

Initial temporary contract of 1 month with possibility of extension.
Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
Schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (with flexible start time between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM).
Workplace in Granollers.
Gross annual salary between 25,000 € and 30,000 €.

Requirements

High level of English (minimum B2).

Handling of CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Sage, C4C or similar).

Intermediate level of Excel and PowerPoint.

Valuable experience with SAP.

Valuable knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
