As shift supervisor, your main mission within the area is the proper functioning of operations during your shift, ensuring compliance with production, quality, safety, and organization objectives, and leading the team under your charge with efficiency and commitment.

The right person will bring an open mindset and use a logical and disciplined approach to evaluate and select the correct set of solutions. 

• Lead and support your team: Supervise and manage frontline production personnel, primarily hourly employees, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed to succeed.
• Prioritize safety: Foster a safety culture, ensuring all team members comply with safety protocols and practices to create a safe and reliable work environment.
• Develop your expertise: Deepen your knowledge of technical processes and disciplines, leveraging your previous experience and technical know-how to implement policies and strategies effectively.
• Drive business impact: Use your understanding of key business drivers to execute tasks and ensure your team's work aligns seamlessly with other teams, contributing to the overall success of the area.
• Solve problems with confidence: Apply your judgment and problem-solving skills to propose solutions, even beyond established parameters, collaborating with others and seeking guidance when needed.
• Leverage resources: Utilize technical experience, analytical thinking, and internal resources from various teams to address challenges and make informed decisions.

• Experience + 7 years in production and manufacturing areas
• Interpretation of manufacturing drawings and GD&T
• Strong knowledge of precision machining processes.
• Software: Microsoft Project, Odoo, 3D visualization

• Effective communication: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate across teams.

• Project management experience: Solid experience in managing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet established objectives.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge: Hands-on experience with Lean principles, including participation in and leadership of Lean events to drive continuous improvement.
