Technical training in Industrial Chemistry, Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, Mechanics, or related disciplines.
Previous experience leading production or operations teams in industrial environments.
Ability to organize, coordinate, and develop work teams, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Solid knowledge of industrial safety and commitment to creating a preventive culture within the plant.
Orientation toward continuous improvement and the ability to identify opportunities for process and resource optimization.
Skill to manage operational incidents, prioritize tasks, and make decisions in dynamic production environments.
Ability to work transversally with areas such as Maintenance, Quality, and Production.
Availability to work shifts.

Nice to have

Valuable experience in continuous process plants, the chemical industry, or highly automated production environments.
Profile with close leadership, communication skills, and an interest in people's development.

The role

We are looking for a Production Team Leader to lead a team of between 4 and 6 operators in a highly automated industrial plant. The selected person will be responsible for coordinating shift activity, guaranteeing safety, driving team development, and ensuring compliance with production and quality objectives.

What you'll do

Coordinate and lead a team of between 4 and 6 operators during the shift, ensuring a safe, productive, and collaborative working environment.
Organize the human and productive resources of the shift to guarantee compliance with manufacturing plans.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, acting as a benchmark for the team.
Monitor team performance, identifying training needs and promoting the professional development of employees.
Manage the operational incidents of the shift, coordinating with the Maintenance, Quality, and Production departments to ensure continuity of activity.
Participate actively in the continuous improvement of production processes, proposing and implementing actions aimed at increasing the efficiency and reliability of the facilities.
Monitor the area's operational indicators and guarantee the correct transmission of information between shifts.
Supervise the correct functioning of a highly automated plant, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
Promote a culture of commitment, responsibility, and teamwork, contributing to the achievement of the plant's objectives.
