The role
Position: Customer Service Administrator (Part-time - Afternoon)
We are looking to hire an Administrator for our customer service team at our Central Services in San Fernando de Henares, Madrid.
This position is oriented towards offering an agile, close, and efficient service to our traditional trade customers, guaranteeing the correct management of their daily orders.
What you'll do
Answer customer phone calls and respond to their inquiries.
Manage, log, and track daily orders.
Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or products.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality service.
Perform administrative tasks associated with order management.
How you'll work
Schedule:
Afternoon shift from Monday to Friday, hours: 17:00 to 21:00
