The role

From the P&PD engineering department (ATS Global), we are selecting a Welding Technician for a company in the space sector based in Elche, Alicante.

The selected person will perform both automatic and manual welding and will primarily use TIG, Laser, and MIG/MAG technologies.

What you'll do

Functions:

• Perform TIG welding of steel and Inconel, both automatically and manually, depending on project needs.

• Ability to operate automatic (robotic) and manual welding machines.

• Interpret drawings and welding procedures for steel and Inconel alloys in accordance with the applicable regulations in each case.

• Comply with established manufacturing processes, following standards, approvals, and requirements.

• Maintenance of welding machines, commissioning, assembly, and maintenance of welding tools.

• Knowledge of welding defects to carry out self-control verifications in welding according to specific defectology standards.

• Maintain the order and cleanliness required in the welding area.
