Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree: Engineering.
Experience in the startup of EAF and LF electric furnaces in steel plants.
Knowledge of the commissioning procedure (plan definition, manual design, planning validation...)
Extensive experience in similar positions such as Commissioning Manager, Plant Manager, Production Manager or similar, in steel plants.
Fluent English (the project's vehicular language). French will be valued due to the location.
Availability to reside in Dunkerque (France) for the duration of the project.

The role

From the P&PD engineering department (ATS Global), we are selecting an Engineer with experience as a Commissioning Manager for a long-term industrial project in France, focused on the startup and commissioning of steel plants, for one of our clients, an Engineering company based in Bilbao.

This is a unique opportunity for senior professionals with experience in the startup of EAF and LF electric furnaces in steel plants.

What you'll do

Definition of commissioning plan.
Design of equipment commissioning manuals.
Validate the commissioning planning of the company assigned for the design and assembly of the equipment.
