Education & certifications

We are looking for a candidate with an interest in Training and Development who will support the creation of training materials, communicate directly with the Retail Management team, prepare the necessary documentation for funded training, and participate in organizing training sessions while ensuring compliance with the established deadlines.

• Training

o Collaborate in organizing training activities and plans (groups, location, materials, trainers, travel).

o Coordinate with stores to gather the necessary information.

• Fundae

o Prepare all required documentation for each training session

o Collect signed documentation and prepare the required paperwork for closing funded training

o Provide support to stores for the management of funded training

• Onboarding plan

o Prepare the onboarding documentation for new employees.

o Collaborate in preparing training plans.

• Store openings

o Provide support in planning training activities for store openings

Requirements

o Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or Human Resources (with an expected graduation date around the end of the internship period), or currently pursuing an official master's degree in Human Resources or Occupational Psychology.

o Intermediate English level, B2.

o Advanced proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Interview

If your interview takes place in-store you may have to complete a skills-based assessment.

If your assessment is in person, we'll combine it with the next stage, the interview.
You can expect a structured interview, with a range of open-ended questions to understand your skills and experience.
If a previous Retail Assistant application was unsuccessful, you may be unable to reapply for a period of up to 3 months.
