What we're looking for

Currently studying Labor Law and HR, Psychology, a Master's in HR, or related degrees.
Immediate availability for full-time employment is essential.
Having a feeling for fashion and retail.
Having organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ease of working in a team. We highly value communication skills and interpersonal relationships.

Additionally, proactivity and continuous improvement are part of your way of being and working; as, within your functions, we value all proposals that improve current processes.

Nice to have

Having completed internships at a recruitment agency with a high volume of selection processes will be highly valued.

We would like to count on you for an internship position to support the recruitment area of our store teams. You would be part of our HUMAN RESOURCES Dept.

What would your day-to-day look like? Here is a summary of the main functions:

What you'll do

Support in posting job offers on different job portals
Support in CV screening.
Support in conducting telephone interviews.
Support in group dynamics.
Support in preparing reports and presenting candidates to the stores.
Support in the maintenance and management of the database.

How you'll work

Duration: 6m + possibility of extending for another 6m.

Location: Madrid capital (north zone. You can arrive by metro, urban bus or commuter train; and if you opt for your own vehicle you will be able to park without any problem, as it is not a metered parking zone).
