The role
Do you like being at the point of sale, negotiating better spaces, and ensuring a brand gains visibility and sells more?
We are looking to hire a Point of Sale Manager (GPV) based in Málaga to work with a renowned brand in the personal care and skincare sector, managing a route of 86 points of sale in Andalusia.
What you'll do
Your objective will be to drive sales and ensure an excellent brand presence in supermarkets and hypermarkets.
You will be our eyes at the point of sale: you will detect opportunities, prevent out-of-stock situations, improve product visibility, and negotiate spaces that help the brand stand out.
Why this project
You will have a stable route of 86 points of sale, with a special focus on Málaga.
The route distribution will be:
Málaga 46.51%, Granada 17.44%, Jaén 12.79%, Almería 11.63%, Cádiz 9.30%, Córdoba 2.33%
This is a position designed for someone who enjoys field work, autonomy, and negotiation, and who knows how to organize themselves to get the most out of every visit.
This is what a day working with us could look like
You will begin your day with a planned route and visit the assigned points of sale.
Once in store, you will analyze how the brand is performing: you will check product availability and potential out-of-stock situations, review the correct execution of promotions, and detect opportunities to improve location and visibility.
Additionally, you will have an important commercial role, negotiating secondary spaces such as endcaps or displays and installing POS materials where appropriate
