Requirements

What we're looking for

Professional experience of 3 to 5 years or more in IT security, regulatory compliance, network administration, or technological infrastructures.
Demonstrable experience participating in the preparation, coordination, or execution of ISO 27001 and ENS audits, including evidence management and security controls.
Practical knowledge of the regulatory frameworks DORA, NIS 2, and ISO 22301, as well as risk analysis and compliance processes.
Operational experience administering Sophos and/or Fortinet FortiGate NGFW firewalls, including configuration of policies, IPsec/SSL VPN, and perimeter security.
Solid knowledge of routing and switching, especially in Cisco and D-Link devices, network segmentation via VLANs, and corporate connectivity administration.
Experience in the administration and securing of Linux systems, preferably enterprise distributions such as Oracle Linux or Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
Knowledge of corporate communications and SIP/VoIP protocols, with the ability for technical communication with telecommunications operators.

Nice to have

Certifications in security and compliance: ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor, CISA, CISM or experience in SOC 2 Type II audits.
Technical certifications Fortinet NSE 4, Sophos Certified Engineer/Architect, or Cisco CCNA.
Experience in enterprise Wi-Fi networks and 802.1X and RADIUS authentication technologies.
Knowledge of automation and scripting via Bash, Python, or Ansible, as well as experience in virtualization with VMware or Hyper-V.
Familiarity with asset management and configuration tools (CMDB/iTOP) and IP telephony solutions based on Asterisk or FreePBX.

The role

At AVOS Tech, a company of the Prosegur Group, we are looking for a Compliance, Networks and Infrastructure Analyst to join our Infrastructure and Systems team, participating in the management of security, regulatory compliance, and the administration of corporate technological environments.

We are looking for a senior technical profile, with experience in security audits, cybersecurity regulations, and network and systems administration, capable of combining regulatory compliance management with the operation and securing of IT infrastructures.

The position combines Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) responsibilities with technical functions of firewall, network, and Linux systems administration, ensuring alignment between regulatory requirements and technological infrastructure.

What you'll do

Lead and coordinate internal and external security audits, participating in certification processes and compliance with regulations such as ISO 27001, ENS, DORA, NIS 2, ISO 22301, and SOC 2.
Manage and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS), including risk analysis, control matrices, evidence collection, and business continuity plans.
Supervise compliance with regulatory and security requirements, especially in environments subject to the National Security Framework (ENS) and DORA and NIS 2 regulations.
Administer and secure next-generation firewalls Sophos and Fortinet FortiGate, configuring VPNs, access policies, traffic filtering, and intrusion prevention systems (IPS).
Configure and maintain network infrastructures based on Cisco and D-Link, managing VLANs, routing, switching, QoS, and port security.
Administer and apply hardening measures (hardening) on Linux servers (Oracle Linux and RHEL) and Windows environments, guaranteeing their security and availability.
Provide connectivity technical support at corporate sites, maintain an updated asset inventory using CMDB tools, and collaborate in the monitoring of infrastructures and communications.
