We are looking to hire an IT Infrastructure Global Manager to lead the global network and communications strategy within the Technology area. Your mission will be to define, evolve, and guarantee the availability of the company's global network infrastructure, ensuring business resilience and SLA compliance in a highly complex international environment. From Madrid, you will support EMEA and LATAM, driving the transformation towards software-defined models and hybrid architectures connecting multiple datacenters, public clouds, and thousands of devices distributed globally.

What you'll do

• Guarantee 24/7 availability of critical network services and compliance with SLAs.

• Supervise the architecture and evolution of the core network in multi-datacenter environments using Aruba and Cisco technologies.

• Lead the deployment and optimization of SD-WAN solutions at national and international levels.

• Manage hybrid connectivity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud) through solutions such as ExpressRoute, Interconnect, or Direct Connect.

• Coordinate perimeter and backend security, ensuring infrastructure protection and vulnerability patching.

• Define and execute technological renewal plans to minimize obsolescence in satellite countries.

• Drive network automation initiatives through NetDevOps and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.

• Lead and develop multicultural teams distributed between Spain and LATAM.
