Requirements

What we're looking for

Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in IT or related disciplines.
Previous experience as operational staff in the A Coruña Alarm Receiving Centre.
Advanced level of Office tools.

As Room Manager, you will lead the operational activity of the team in charge of alarm management and telephone assistance, guaranteeing service quality and compliance with the standards established by the company.

What you'll do

Act as the reference point of contact for clients, offering advice, follow-up, and resolution of incidents related to the ARC service.
Coordinate, supervise, and support the operational team, promoting an efficient and collaborative work environment.
Manage and organize daily operations, making decisions in the face of incidents or contingencies that may affect the service.
Ensure compliance with established procedures and quality standards.
Perform the administrative management associated with the position (email, management and registration tools, indicator monitoring, etc.).
Contribute to the development and motivation of the team, fostering a positive and results-oriented work climate.
