At Movistar Prosegur Alarms, we continue to invest in the development of internal talent and are looking to bring an On-Site Retention Specialist onto our Barcelona team.

You will be responsible for directly managing the relationship with our customers who have expressed their intention to cancel, identifying their needs and offering personalized solutions that contribute to their retention and continued loyalty to the company.
