Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher Level Vocational Training in Network Computer Systems Administration or a university degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
At least five years of experience in systems administration and security software platforms, within Level 2 support environments or critical production environments with 24x7 on-call shifts.
Knowledge of Windows Server administration and Microsoft SQL Server operation.
Fluent use of the Linux console in Ubuntu and RHEL environments.
Knowledge of Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes.
Experience in installation, configuration, management, and maintenance of Milestone XProtect. Experience with similar systems, such as Genetec or Avigilon, will be valued.

Nice to have

MCIE certification, Milestone Certified Integration Engineer or Integration Technician, will be valued.
Having any of the following certifications will be valued: Windows Server Administrator Associate, Azure Database Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate SQL Server, Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or Docker Certified Associate.

We are looking to hire an N2 Operations and Support Technician with a versatile and transversal profile, responsible for guaranteeing service continuity and compliance with resolution SLAs within a large distributed critical infrastructure of video surveillance, video analytics, and artificial intelligence.

The position requires solid knowledge of Microsoft and Linux systems, as well as the ability to execute management procedures, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance on video management platforms, applications on Windows and Linux, and Microsoft SQL Server databases.

What you'll do

Guarantee service continuity and attend to Level 2 incidents within the established SLAs.
Execute management procedures and preventive and corrective maintenance on video management platforms.
Administer systems and networks.
Operate databases
Participate in rotating 24x7 remote on-call shifts, one week per month per person.
