Infrastructure Technician

What do you need to participate in the process?

• Official university degree in Engineering —Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, Public Works, or equivalent or related degrees.
• C1 level of Catalan or higher, duly accredited.
• Valid B driving license.

Additionally, we will especially value if you have had some initial experience or contact, whether professional, academic, or through projects, with any of these areas:

·        data analysis and processing;

·        CAD and/or GIS;

·        infrastructure, facilities, or technical projects;

·        advanced Excel, Power BI, or other analysis tools;

·        project or asset management.

Aigües de Vilafranca wants to hire an Infrastructure Technician to participate in the management and improvement of the facilities and networks linked to the water cycle.

We are looking for a person with a technical background, analytical capacity, and a desire to keep learning, who wants to develop in an environment in full technological evolution.

You will join the Infrastructure area and will participate, among others, in activities related to:

What will your work consist of?

• Analysis of consumption data, network performance, and facility operation.
• Monitoring of remote reading, remote control, and remote management systems.
• Preparation and updating of plans and technical documentation using CAD and GIS tools.
• Monitoring of projects, actions, and investments linked to infrastructure.
• Preparation of technical reports and management indicators.
• Support in the management and maintenance of assets and facilities.
• Participation in digitalization, efficiency, and continuous service improvement projects.
