We are looking for a Personal Counselor to join our Prevention team.
What would your role be? 📋
You will be part of an interdisciplinary team in the social field (psychology, social work, occupational therapy, among others), accompanying people over 60 in the prevention of neurodegenerative diseases through the promotion of healthy lifestyle habits.
Your mission will be to empower and guide users in improving their health and quality of life, combining individualized intervention with the use of digital tools and interactive technology.
During the first few months, you will specialize in the initial assessment of health and cognitive status to determine eligibility for prevention programs.
What you'll do
Carrying out initial health and cognitive status assessments through specific questionnaires and tests.
Design and monitoring of personalized Prevention Plans.
