We are looking for a General Manager to lead Qida's operation in the North territory (Basque Country, Navarra, La Rioja, Cantabria)

What would your role be? 📋

As General Manager of the North territory, you will be the person responsible for leading Qida's business in the Basque Country, Navarra, La Rioja, and Cantabria, having a 360º vision of the territory: people, operations, results, and growth.

What you'll do

  • Lead the North business: you will be responsible for the overall performance of the territory, ensuring the achievement of growth, quality, efficiency, and profitability objectives.

  • Drive growth: you will define and execute, together with your team, the territory's growth strategy, working on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, and ensuring the evolution of the main business indicators.

  • Lead operations: you will guarantee the operational excellence of the territory, ensuring that services are developed according to Qida's quality standards and focusing on the experience of families and caregivers.

  • Manage the P&L: you will be responsible for the economic evolution of the territory, monitoring revenue, margins, and efficiency, identifying opportunities for improvement, and making decisions to ensure business sustainability.
