What you'll do
Assess each case (physical, cognitive, and social), develop the Individual Work Plan, and assign the most suitable caregiver based on competencies, needs, and availability.
Assign the most suitable caregiver to each user, taking into account competencies, needs, location, and hourly availability.
Manage incidents and resolve situations that may arise during the provision of the service.
Validate the final selection of caregivers and support their professional development, optimizing the portfolio to maximize occupation and service continuity.
Accompany and follow up with users, families, and caregivers throughout the entire service, resolving incidents with agility.
Coordinate with Administration and Recruitment for integral management (onboarding, offboarding, vacations, scheduling, IT, and other incidents).
