• Preparation and management of payroll.

• Drafting of contracts and communication to the SEPE via Contrat@ and Certific@.

• Processing of registrations, terminations, and changes in Social Security.

• Management of social security through SILTRA.

• Processing of temporary disability leaves, workplace accidents, and professional contingencies via Delt@, as well as maternity and paternity benefits.

• Management of retirements, employment regulation files, and subsidy applications.

• Preparation of reports, writings, and claims before public administrations.

• Labor advisory and resolution of day-to-day incidents for the client portfolio.
