Labor Technician

• In your day-to-day: - You will comprehensively manage the labor cycle of workers: preparation and processing of employment contracts, extensions, contractual modifications, novations, and communications to the SEPE through Contrat@. - You will manage the entire payroll process: calculation and preparation of monthly payrolls, extraordinary payments, salary arrears, variable remuneration, benefits in kind, and regularizations. - You will prepare the calculation and drafting of settlements, indemnities, and liquidations. - You will be in charge of all procedures before Social Security: registrations, cancellations, data changes, affiliations, and management of contributions through the RED System, SILTRA, and CASIA. - You will prepare and submit forms 111, 190, 216, and 296, as applicable. - You will provide labor advisory services to clients: resolving queries regarding hiring, collective agreements, working days, vacations, leaves, disciplinary regimes, dismissals, compensations, and social benefits. - You will manage wage garnishments and other incidents with payroll impact. - You will handle procedures and incident resolution before the TGSS, INSS, SEPE, and the Tax Agency.
