What are we looking for?
A person to join the Emergency Reception service at HQS Costa Adeje to carry out the role of receptionist. Your mission will be to collaborate in improving the health and well-being of patients in accordance with the service's protocols and procedures.
We are looking for you if you enjoy working as part of a team, if you have a vocation for patient care, and if you communicate effectively with patients, family members, colleagues, and supervisors.
Duties:
- Reception and patient care in the emergency area.
- Management of patient documentation and data.
- Coordination with medical and nursing staff.
- Handling telephone calls and inquiries.
- Control and organization of patient flow.
- Providing direct assistance to patients in accordance with medical and/or nursing instructions in order to provide optimal patient care in accordance with the service's protocols and procedures.
At least 1 year in administrative tasks and/or customer service.
