What you'll do

  • Manage personnel administration processes, including hiring, terminations, contract expirations, and other procedures related to the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations and the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
  • Act as a liaison with the payroll department, ensuring the correct transmission of information regarding hires, terminations, incidents, variables, incentives, and any other data required for proper compensation management.
  • Address queries from professionals and managers on labor, administrative, and people management matters.
  • Monitor key Human Resources indicators, such as absenteeism, turnover, working hours, vacations, and other relevant data, preparing reports to support decision-making.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with managers to define job profiles, post vacancies, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and track candidates, with the aim of ensuring adequate staffing coverage.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate the training plan, in collaboration with the specialized area, monitoring training actions and their outcomes.
  • Serve as the Human Resources point of reference for managers and teams, providing advice on organization, workplace climate, performance, professional development, and people management.
  • Collaborate in communications with the works council and legal employee representatives, providing support on any matters that may arise in the field of labor relations.
