• Monitor participation levels of the Pulse (Employee Experience Survey) on an ongoing basis, identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement across the different waves.
• Coordinate with the various stakeholders involved in the project (People teams, HRBPs, hospital management, and local contacts) to ensure the smooth execution of the participation process.
• Track the completion of milestones, deadlines, and actions associated with the Pulse, ensuring proper coordination among the different parties involved.
• Support the analysis and monitoring of participation and engagement indicators, preparing follow-up reports.
• Provide support in identifying barriers that may impact participation and collaborate on defining improvement actions together with the departments involved.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations related to the project's progress and key monitoring indicators.

• Bachelor's or Master's student in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related degrees.
• Interest in Employee Experience, people management, and Employee Experience projects.
• Ability to organize and manage projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, rigorous, and detail-oriented profile.
• Analytical skills to interpret indicators and prepare follow-up reports.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in project management, employee experience, engagement, or change management is a plus.
• Availability to enter into an internship agreement for 6 months.
• Essential availability to work a 35-hour/week split shift and immediate start.
