Organizes virtual or in-person recruiting events with job seekers and employers to attract candidates or new business for Professional Talent Solutions. Assists senior consultants in preparing business development documents and candidate evaluations to present to both potential and current clients. Conducts post-placement follow-up with clients and candidates to ensure successful integration and satisfaction, and analyzes next steps to achieve career aspirations and long-term development goals. Maintains accurate and up-to-date records and provides periodic reports on metrics and progress within Professional Talent Solutions. Drives the success of the sales and recruiting process through effective interaction with clients and candidates, both online and offline.
