The role

What you'll do

Do you have experience in the logistics area?

Management of delivery notes, reception and dispatch of goods.

Recording, tracking and control of orders in the computer system.

Telephone assistance and resolution of incidents with customers, suppliers and transport agencies.

Support for stock control and traceability of food products.

Assignment and tracking of operational orders in the warehouse.

Office automation: Fluent use of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Systems: Knowledge/use of AS400 or similar warehouse management ERPs will be positively valued.

Personal competencies: Dynamic person, highly organized, detail-oriented and with the capacity to work under quality and order protocols.

Customer service: Capacity for effective communication and incident resolution.

Availability: Flexibility and availability for the established schedule.

Benefits and conditions

Initial and continuous training: We train you in our processes and operational tools.

Continuous afternoon shift:

Monday to Thursday: from 14:00 h to 22:00 h.

Friday: from 10:00 h to 18:00 h (so you can start your weekend earlier!).

Hiring: Entry via ETT (up to a maximum of 1 year) with real possibility of moving to permanent staff depending on merit and performance.

Immediate incorporation into a consolidated company in the agri-food/logistics sector.
