Languages: English level (Intermediate) and proficiency in Spanish and Catalan.
Do you have training in Administration and Finance and are you looking for an opportunity in a solid and established company in Barcelona? At Randstad, we are looking for someone like you to join the Finance team of a leading company in the industrial sector.
As a fundamental part of the Finance department, your mission will be the integral management of supplier accounts. Your main tasks will include:
Daily management: Process payments on a daily basis and register customers in the SAP system.
Customer service: Resolve doubts and complaints, and provide information regarding account status upon request.
Analysis and resolution: Investigate payment discrepancies and provide clarifications to the bank.
Reporting and support: Prepare payment forecasts for treasury, and participate in the monthly purchasing closing.
Banking management: Prepare electronic files for sending remittances to the bank
Location: Head offices in Barcelona (Tuset street), in an on-site environment.
Working day between 08:30-17:30 (adaptable)
4 or 6h working day
Replacement contract for a minimum of 2 months
The salary is proportional to the hours
