What we're looking for

Experience: At least 1 year in similar customer service or call center roles.

Soft Skills

Active listening and patience.

Excellent verbal communication (diction, tone, and fluency).

High tolerance for frustration and the ability to manage conflict situations.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in office tools and fast typing speed. Previous experience with CRMs (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.) is a plus.

We are looking for a communicative, empathetic person with strong problem-solving skills to join our support team. As a Phone-Based Customer Service Agent, you will be the voice of the company, turning customer inquiries into positive experiences, ensuring quality in every interaction and building customer loyalty.

What you'll do

Call management: Handling inbound calls and making follow-up calls to resolve questions, issues, or requests for information.

Problem resolution: Identifying customer needs and providing quick, effective solutions according to company protocols.

Data logging: Accurately documenting every interaction in the CRM system, ensuring the customer history is always up to date.

Multichannel support: (Optional, depending on the company) Handling emails or live chats related to phone inquiries.

Meeting targets: Achieving established KPIs (average handling time, customer satisfaction score, and call quality).

How you'll work

Work location: Meco
Schedule based on 40 hours per week: M-F 14:00 to 22:00
