The role

Are you interested in continuing to develop your career as an Application Support Specialist in stable projects?

What you'll do

Log Analysis and Diagnosis: Review, filter, and diagnose system records and logs using Elasticsearch / Kibana (ELK) to identify failures, messaging anomalies, or bottlenecks in the key business application.
Application Support and Incident Resolution: Investigate and resolve operational failures in the main application (management of "sent messages", shipment traceability, integration errors, or failed responses with Dina3).
Ticket and SLA Management: Manage, categorize, document, and escalate cases through ITSM tools such as Micro Focus / OpenText Service Manager, strictly complying with response and resolution times (SLAs).
Liaison with External Entities: Maintain fluid and constant communication (via email, ticketing, or calls) with associated entities, external providers, and institutions to resolve inconsistencies in data exchange.
